Be ready on time at the meeting point (In front of your hotel, or outside of your apartment). If you miss your pick-up, this tour will not be refunded.

Hotel or Residence outside Paris (zipcode 75 only) and Paris 3,4,9,10,11,12,13,18,19,20 districts are not eligible for pick-up.
Please check your voucher, if the title is stated : « Half Day : Agency departure », you have not booked for a hotel pick-up, even if your location is written on your voucher.
You will receive a confirmation of your updated pick-up time by email 1/2 days before your tour date. Please check your email frequently or contact us directly. In case of amendment request from our side, customers must be reachable. If you are a travel agency, please enter our mutual customer information when booking (phone number).
ATTENTION:
Our cancellation policy does not allow us to refund our customers less than 24 hours before the tour date. Driver and tickets are already reserved for your visit and could not be cancelled on D-Day (or the day before your tour).
We would like to remind you that to participate in our tour, all participants must be declared in advance.(baby or child)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept last-minute additions without prior notice.
We would like to emphasize that if, on the day of the tour, we find an undeclared person joining the group, we reserve the right to deny their participation in the tour without any possibility of refund.

Spend 3-4 hours visiting on your own at your own pace. Stroll through the gardens where Monet painted several versions, according to time and season change, of Les Nymphéas (The Water Lilies), with the beautiful Japanese bridge over a pond. Visit the house where the artist lived: his studio, his bedroom overlooking the garden, and his beautiful collection of Japanese "estampes".
