ATTENTION:
Entrance tickets and transportation to and from your location are included.
Your guide will give you the entrance ticket before the tour. Please show this voucher to the driver or guide (except option 5 without transportation ).
Option 5: "Guided tour No Transfer"for a maximum of 16 people, lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes at the Palace. Please note that this option does not include transportation to and from your hotel. The meeting point is at Versailles Castle, and the tour consists solely of the guided visit.
Your voucher will indicate the meeting point at Versailles Castle, despite any hotel address mentioned, as this option is explicitly without transfer.
Please be ready on time at the meeting point (In front your hotel, or outside your apartment). If you miss your pick-up, it will not be refunded.
It is important to note that we cannot pick up all our clients at exactly 8:30 am or 11:30 am simultaneously. This time is indicated as the first pickup time and the one written on all our vouchers.
You will receive a confirmation of your updated pick-up time by email 1/2 days before your tour date. Please check your email frequently or contact us directly. In case of amendment request from our side, customers must be reachable. If you are a travel agency, please enter our mutual customer information when booking
